Canva Visual Suite 2.0 Boosts Creativity & Productivity

In an attempt to bridge the gap between productivity and creativity, Canva has announced the launch of Visual Suite 2.0.
This AI-powered, all-in-one platform will empower teams and individuals to communicate, create and collaborate more effectively.
The launch was announced at Canva’s fourth Canva Create event at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Since Canva’s launch in 2013, 35 billion designs have been created, with more than 367 designs being created every second today.
This latest launch will combine the worlds of data, content and design to create one cohesive design environment.
Melanie Perkins, Canva’s Co-founder and CEO, explains: "We’re thrilled to unveil the Visual Suite 2.0 where creativity meets productivity, the biggest product launch since Canva was founded more than a decade ago.
"Each year, our community of 230 million people shares millions of ideas and one we hear time and again is the desire to bring creativity and productivity into a single, seamless flow.
“From reimagined workplace essentials to entirely new ways to create with your own design partner, we’re excited to continue making it easier than ever for anyone to bring their ideas to life.”

Commitment to responsible AI
Canva Shield backs all of Canva’s AI tools.
This principle ensures that Canva remains committed to responsible AI across every design and deployment of AI tools. It is guided by the principle that AI should enhance, not replace, human creativity.
The framework for AI governance includes:
- Safety filters to prevent misuse of AI-generated text or visuals
- Input and output moderation to filter inappropriate content
- Bias mitigation to reduce the risk of discriminatory outputs
- User control over data usage
By introducing these features, Canva instills confidence in its users when using its AI features.
Canva’s US$200m Creator Fund also ensures content creators are fairly rewarded when their assets are used in AI-generated content.
It allows contributors to opt-in for AI training while remaining eligible for monthly royalties.
Canva continues to ensure that safety, creator empowerment and fairness remain at the heart of its responsible AI approach.
