Kristi Cunningham, U.S Chief Technology Officer at Kyndryl

Kristi Cunningham utilises data-based solutions and cutting-edge technology as the Chief Technology Officer at Kyndryl US, whilst also leading a team of technical experts who help guide its customers.

Across Kristi’s career, she has propelled alignment and simplification across organisations, reduced costs and improved control whilst leading Enterprise Architecture & Strategy. As well as acquiring years of experience in supporting important business processes through delivering software solutions, Kristi has developed a plan for success. By understanding the goals and strategy of businesses, and partnering to bring the correct strategy to customers through talent development and technical development, Kristi has developed a proven track record of success.

Kristi was also named a Top 50 Data & Analytics Professional in 2021. Throughout her career, she has developed into a leader in both the technical and data & analytics industries.

Previously, Kristi was the Chief Data Officer at Capital One. Through this role, she enhanced controls and governance during the cloud migration, crafted a data-driven culture and transformed the data ecosystem. As well as this, Kristi also managed to integrate effective data management processes and controls into the tools people use and how they work.

Before joining Kyndryl, Kristi was the Global and North American Data & AI lead for Financial Services at Accenture. During this role, she used Data & AI solutions and offerings to help their clients transform their businesses.

Chris McNeilly, Vice President of Data Science at Chegg

Chris McNeilly, Vice President of Data Science at Chegg

Chris McNeilly is the Vice President of Data Science at Chegg. Throughout his career, Chris has acquired over 35 years of experience as an AL and ML technology executive, working in a span of companies and industries to create business value. 

Since 2016, Chris has been aiming to integrate Generative AI and ML solutions into the work of Chegg. Through his role, he has driven projects such as predicting skill and career progressions from resumes, matching homework questions to experts in the relevant subject matter who can answer them and course and topic tagging. Since the launch of GPT 2, Chris has also been working to incorporate Generative AI and LLM solutions into the work of Chegg. 

Previously, Chris has had a plethora of experience working in a span of organisations such as holding technical leadership roles in startup and technical lead roles using NLP, as well as gaining experience in online publishing, e-commerce and defense contracting. By working in companies such as LexisNexis, eBay and Sterling Software, Chris has been able to solve some of the industry’s vital problems at scale by applying data science techniques and advanced machine learning techniques.

In addition to this, Chris has also completed an MS in Computational Linguistics from Carnegie Mellon University and has a BS in Systems Analysis from Miami University.

Domhnaill Hernon, Global Lead of EY Metaverse Lab at EY

Domhnaill Hernon, Global Lead of EY Metaverse Lab at EY

As an award-winning innovation and technology executive, Domhnaill Hernon is the Global Lead of EY’s Metaverse Lab and the Cognitive Human Enterprise. Through his roles at EY, he is helping to propel these approaches which will aim to put humans at the center of the relationship between technology, society and business. 

Throughout his career, Domhnaill has developed an impressive portfolio and has had his work featured in Forbes, SXSW, Nasdaq, Wired Magazine, Times Square, MWC, TEDx and Ars Electronica. As well as this, he also advises cultural and innovation programs across the world. 

Domnhaill has an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Aerodynamics from the University of Limerick and also has an executive MBA from the Dublin City University in Ireland.

Before joining EY, Domhnaill worked at Nokia Bell Labs in a span of leadership positions across creativity, innovation and R&D.
