A keynote speaker who assists organisations in scaling AI by expanding their capabilities to industrialise, Nayur Khan is a current partner within McKinsey and part of the QuantumBlack AI solution by the McKinsey leadership team.

When building AI and working with data, Nayur often talks with organisations about diverse team building and the importance of diversity, whilst also promoting a more equitable environment for all, through leading the inclusion and diversity efforts within QuantumBlack.

As well as this, Nayur has also been acknowledged as one of the top 100 influential people in data - the DataIQ100.

Lt. Col. Aaron Celaya is the current Deputy Director of the Warfighter Effectiveness Research Center at the United States Air Force Academy.

He has held several staff positions and has been involved in a span of operations in Air Education and Training Command, the United States Air Force Academy, Space Operations Command, the Air Force Recruiting Service, Air Force Space Command, and the Air Force Global Strike Command, throughout his career.

Lt. Col. Aaron Celaya entered the Space Force in October 2020, after previously serving in the Air Force since September 2005, in the wake of graduating from the Air Force ROTC program at Brigham Young University.

As well as this, Lt. Col. Aaron Celaya studied at New College and the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford as an Air Force Institute of Technology Doctoral Student.

He conducted research within the Attention and Cognitive Control Laboratory, which is part of the Department of Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford, focusing on algorithmic advisement sources and metacognition through decision confidence in human-machine teaming.

Joshua Èrhardt, Director of Data & AI Marketing at Informatica

With over 17 years of data management experience across multiple ecosystems in marketing, architecting, project management and development of enterprise data foundations, Joshua Èrhardt is the current Director of Data & AI Marketing at Informatica.

Josh has worked with a range of global companies including SAP, Microsoft, AWS and Google Cloud, through a series of publications, speaking engagements and blogs.

Through a number of his implementations, Josh has been able to study under several founders of business intelligence, like Laura Reeves and Ralph Kimball. 

As well as this, he has also built sustainable and scalable data management solutions through using his experience in information and business technology in retail, financial and healthcare industries.
