Leading digital transformation solutions provider Atos has signed a multi-year US$150mn contract with British multinational electricity and gas utility firm National Grid to produce Digital Managed Workplace Services (DWMS) across its UK and Northeastern US operations.

Atos’s cutting-edge DWMS and analytics capabilities will provide digital empowerment to National Grid employees from the back to front ends of their operations.

This will be reinforced with a fully-equipped support network, including device management, printing services, a global enterprise service desk and a ‘Proactive Experience Centre’ focusing on improving the employee experience through AI and automation.
