Resilience, a company that combines cybersecurity, risk management and insurance solutions, has appointed Matthew Polly as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Polly joins from CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity technology firm, where he held the position of Vice President of Sales.

In his new role at Resilience, Polly will be responsible for aligning, integrating and scaling the company's revenue-generating functions. He will work across Resilience's executive and senior leadership team to accelerate all existing and future revenue streams.

Polly brings more than two decades of experience to Resilience. At CrowdStrike, he played a key role in accelerating the adoption of the company's Falcon Platform, a cloud-native endpoint protection solution. He also contributed to growing CrowdStrike's network of enterprise partnerships.

Vishaal Hariprasad, CEO and Co-Founder of Resilience, says: "Bringing on a tenured leader like Matthew Polly is critical to accomplish this mission. With a proven track record leading CrowdStrike's efforts to reimagine endpoint protection, he understands how to shape strategy to accelerate the adoption of an innovative solution like ours."

Polly's appointment comes as Resilience reports growing demand for its cyber loss prevention solution. The company claims that in 2023, only 4% of its clients reported losses, which it states is the best performance in the industry.

Commenting on his new position, Polly says: "The cybersecurity landscape is changing rapidly as cybersecurity leaders and their boards realise that it is not enough to merely invest in controls. Instead, they need to prioritise strategies to stay ahead of threat actors and prevent financial loss."

Resilience has made several other recent additions to its leadership team. These include Rebecca Jones as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Jeremy Gittler as Global Head of Claims. The company has also promoted Killian Brady to Chief Underwriting Officer
