Job To: Chief Commercial Officer at Anumana

Digital transformation specialist Anumana has appointed Ben Ecroyd as its first Chief Commercial Officer, marking a significant step in the company's growth strategy since its launch in 2021. Ben brings data analytics and technology sales experience from his previous roles at Equifax Group and TDX Group.

During his 11-year tenure at Equifax Group, Ben established a record of $1.2m in new revenue within a single month. At TDX Group, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer from 2021 until March 2023, he delivered 15 per cent year-on-year growth in 2023, achieving this milestone twelve months ahead of schedule.

The appointment strengthens an existing professional relationship between Ben and Anumana CEO Hemant Patel, who was previously his client during his time at Equifax. Hemant says: "Ben's extensive experience and our long-standing working relationship makes him the ideal fit for Anumana."

In his new role, Ben will focus on expanding Anumana's presence in its target markets, which include manufacturing and legal services. The company, which recently received B Corp certification - placing it among approximately 2,300 UK businesses with this status - specialises in helping organisations convert data into business assets.

Ben says: "I am incredibly pleased to be joining Anumana at a time when there is so much potential for growth as the demand for automation and AI solutions continues to increase at an exponential rate."

His objectives include tripling the size of the business within three years, with an initial focus on the UK and Ireland markets. The company's current client portfolio includes Swizzels, MPM Products, and KP Law. Ben also operates the Code Academy, an initiative teaching Python programming to children from disadvantaged backgrounds in Manchester schools.
