A Brazilian by birth, he’s recently made the move to the United States with his family. Known for his keen business acumen and commitment to nurturing talent, Rodrigo is set to steer Avanade through its next phase of growth.
Pete Judson
Job From: SVP Design, Construction and Operations EMEA, NTT Global Data Centers
Job To: COO, Kao Data
Kao Data, the specialist developer and operator of data centres engineered for AI and advanced computing, has appointed Pete Judson as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 30 years of operational leadership experience, Pete joins Kao Data at a crucial juncture as the company accelerates its growth into next-tier markets across the UK and continental Europe.
Pete's most recent role was at NTT, where he spent four and a half years aligning EMEA-wide operational delivery organisations into a single, multi-functional, +350MW data centre unit. His responsibilities included implementing change transformation programmes and achieving various ISO standards.
In his new position, Pete will lead all operational duties, working alongside former COO Paul Finch, who transitions to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Pete's responsibilities will encompass key operational functions such as operations, customer implementation, design and engineering, networks and systems, security, incident management, and health and safety.

Job To: EVP of International Sales, Fortinet
Fortinet, the global cybersecurity leader, has announced the appointment of Joe Sarno as Executive Vice-President (EVP) of International Sales. In this role, Joe will oversee Fortinet's International Sales business and join the Executive Leadership team, bringing together decades of expertise to deliver industry-leading solutions to over half a million customers.
Joe brings nearly two decades of experience at Fortinet and over 30 years in the cybersecurity industry. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for the International Emerging region and APJ, successfully implementing the company's growth strategy across more than 120 countries.
As EVP of International Sales, Joe will lead a highly qualified team across the EMEA and APJ regions, focusing on advancing Fortinet's three major strategic enterprise pillars: Secure Networking, Unified SASE, and AI-driven Security Operations. Fortinet's integrated portfolio provides a distinct competitive advantage in these critical markets.
Earlier this year, Fortinet announced its intention to acquire Lacework, a data-driven cloud security company, to enhance its Security Fabric platform.
Joe will continue to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Fortinet's Operational Technology & Critical Infrastructure business, delivering cybersecurity solutions to critical infrastructures worldwide. Fortinet remains at the forefront of OT security investment, prioritising the protection of critical infrastructures, data, and human lives across key industries.

Gary Nafus

Job To: Chief Sales Officer, Sailpoint
SailPoint Technologies, a leader in unified identity security for enterprises, has announced significant changes to its leadership team. The company has appointed Gary Nafus to the newly created role of Chief Sales Officer and promoted Matt Mills to President.
Gary Nafus brings extensive revenue leadership experience from his previous roles at major enterprise brands including Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle. In his new position, Gary will oversee SailPoint's global go-to-market field operations, leading the regional sales, digital sales, and global alliances teams.
Matt Mills, in his new role as President, will focus on driving ongoing operational success for the company. Mark McClain, CEO and Founder of SailPoint, praised Matt's significant leadership role in the company's market strategy and operations.
