Global cloud enterprise software company IFS has announced that it has appointed former Chief Customer Officer Mark Moffat as its CEO. Moffat takes over from Darren Roos who has been appointed as the company’s Chair of the Board.

Moffat is a well-known and respected technology leader. In his previous role as CCO, Moffat oversaw all aspects of IFS’ Customer Services and Success strategy and supported the strategic direction of the company. 

Moffat has a wealth of experience working with customers across multiple sectors in some of the largest global multinationals, advising on digital and technology strategy, portfolio strategy, customer and business transformation. 

Before joining IFS, Moffat was Chief Technology Officer and Technology Consulting Leader for PwC’s UK and EMEA Consulting business, where he was responsible for delivering leading technology into the heart of the PwC service proposition portfolio

Longtime Apple finance executive Saori Casey has joined Sonos as its CFO. Casey joins Sonos after serving almost 13 years as VP of Finance at Apple, before which she spent 15 years at Cisco

3. Deborah Honig

Job From: Group Strategy & Transformation Director, Marks and Spencer

Job To: Chief Customer Officer, Samsung UK

Samsung UK has appointed Deborah Honig as its first-ever Chief Customer Officer. Honig will utilise her knowledge from roles at Nike, Amazon and Diageo to help Samsung deliver innovative, customer-first experiences

Santanu Dasgupta

4. Santanu Dasgupta 

Job From: Head of Product, Telco Network Modernization, Google 

Job To: CTO, Casa Systems

Telecom industry luminary Santanu Dasgupta has joined Casa Systems as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to Google, Dasgupta held leadership positions at Cisco and Wipro.

Roshan Navagamuwa

5. Roshan Navagamuwa

Job From: CIO, CVS Health

Job To: CIO, AIG

Roshan Navagamuwa has joined AIG as its EVP and CIO, where he is responsible for leading AIG’s global technology and cybersecurity strategy.

Navagamuwa joins AIG from CVS Health where he was EVP and CIO.

Job From: Regional Sales Director, UKI, Crownstirke

Job To: VP N Europe & MEA, Cato Networks

Cato Networks has announced the appointment of Kanwar Loyal, the new Vice President for the SASE leader’s Northern Europe and Middle East & Africa (MEA) regions.

Loyal joins Cato from CrowdStrike, where he spent the past six years in various customer-facing leadership roles
