1. Marco Santos

Job To: CEO, GFT Technologies

GFT, a global leader in digital transformation, has appointed Marco Santos as its new global CEO. Marco will initially serve as Co-CEO with Marika Lulay until the end of 2024, when Lulay will leave the Group Executive Board upon the expiration of her contract on December 31, 2024.

Santos has held leading roles at GFT since 2011. He was initially the Country Manager of GFT Brazil and then headed up GFT’s Latin American operations. In 2020, he also assumed responsibility for GFT USA and was appointed to the GFT Group Executive Board. In 2023, he was promoted to CEO at GFT Americas leading operations throughout North and Latin America.

2. Gurdeep Singh Pall

Job To: President, AI Strategy, Qualtrics

Gurdeep Singh Pall

Qualtrics, the leader and creator of the experience management category, has announced the appointment of Gurdeep Singh Pall as its first-ever President, AI Strategy. Gurdeep will guide the company’s AI initiatives as Qualtrics develops powerful, generative, causal and predictive AI innovations powered by the world’s largest database of human sentiment.

3. Ahmed Quadri

Job From: Chief Customer Officer, Heap

Job To: Chief Customer Officer, ThoughtSpot

ThoughtSpot has announced that Ahmed Quadri has joined the company as its Chief Customer Officer. As ThoughtSpot enters its next phase of growth, in this role, Ahmed will ensure a world-class experience for ThoughtSpot’s customers as they look to transform how they leverage data to make decisions, build products and realise value from their analytics investments.

4. Alfonso Ramirez

Job From: General Manager Iberia, Kaspersky

Job To: MD Europe, Kaspersky

Alfonso Ramirez

Kaspersky has announced the appointment of Alfonso Ramirez as Managing Director for Europe. With over 20 years of experience, Alfonso is set to develop Kaspersky’s position as a technology market leader.

In his new role, he will lead the development and execution of Kaspersky's consumer and corporate strategies in Europe.
