Leading technology services and consulting company Wipro has announced the appointment of Srini Pallia as its new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Founded in 1945 as Western India Vegetable Products, today Wipro is focused on building innovative solutions that address clients’ most complex digital transformation needs.

Srini has spent his career at Wipro, joining in 1992. He has since held numerous leadership roles, including President of Wipro’s Consumer Business Unit and Global Head of Business Application Services.

He most recently served as the CEO for its Americas 1 region - the USA, Wipro's biggest and fastest-growing strategic market. Srini brings to the CEO role extensive institutional and industry knowledge, as well as a strong track record of leadership through some of the most significant technological shifts the industry has seen. He is also a member of Wipro’s Executive Board.
