Workiva has announced it has acquired next-generation iPaaS provider OneCloud to solidify and accelerate its position as a leading cloud platform

The acquisition of OneCloud solidifies and accelerates Workiva’s position as a leading cloud platform for financial, regulatory and operational reporting. Workiva’s platform transforms the way people manage and report business data with various collaborators, data sources, documents and spreadsheets.

People and companies all over the world use the Workiva platform to seamless orchestrate data among their systems and applications for transparent and trusted connected reporting and compliance.

As pioneers in iPaaS technology, OneCloud offer code-free and intuitive integration, automation and data preparation for a wide range of complex technologies. In this acquisition, the two companies will accelerate customers’ digital transformations by enabling them to make smarter and faster decisions for better business outcomes.

Utilising technology to complement innovative cloud platforms

Since 2019, Workiva has worked with OneCloud as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Its technology expands the Workiva platform by providing customers with the capability to connect data from sources such as ERP, GRC, HCM and CRM systems.
