Persistent Systems to acquire US cloud company MediaAgility

Persistent Systems, a trusted digital engineering and enterprise modernisation partner, has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire New Jersey-based MediaAgility.

A global cloud transformation services provider, MediaAgility is a Google Cloud Premier partner with experience across cloud-native application development and modernisation, analytics and AI, cloud engineering, migrations, and managed services.
