Matt Schwartz is IBM’s Global SAP Practice Leader. Matt brings his 25+ years experience working across multiple technologies, industries and geographies to the role. Matt leads strategic efforts to provide our clients with the market's most holistic, transformational offerings for their SAP needs. His mission is to offer our clients a seamless design, transform, implement and run set of experiences that touch everything from the user to infrastructure. In Matt’s previous role as the Vice President & Managing Partner of the SAP Practice for North America, he was responsible for driving enterprise digital transformation using SAP S/4 HANA, Analytics, Ariba, Hybris, and SuccessFactors for the US & Canada. Prior to this position, Matt was a Partner at E&Y, where he led multiple large scale Digital Transformation programs. Prior to joining EY, Matt spent over two and a half years as IBM’s North American SAP Innovation COE Leader.  Matt was one of the founders of the IBM Lab for SAP Solutions (LSS) where his team was responsible for solution creation for Mobile, Social, Analytics and Cloud Applications.  Prior to IBM, Matt spent just under a decade at SAP where he held various roles including Vice President of Services.  Prior to his tenure with SAP, Matt held various management positions with Actuate, Oracle, PwC and Accenture. Throughout his career, Matt has shown a focus on business outcomes and proven customer satisfaction evidenced by repeatedly earning honors from his clients and employers.

Matt is a regular on the SAP speaking circuit having presented many times over the years at SAPPHIRE, SAP TechEd, ASUG, SAP Radio and SAPInsider events.
