Garrick Keatts is responsible for IBM's SAP practice in North and South America. In this role he leads a practice of 1500+ professional individuals serving clients in 20+ countries. Garrick has spent his entire 15 year career at the IBM Corporation focused on helping clients through initiatives that have transformed their operating models, redefined their interactions with customers, brought efficiencies to their operating structures, and digitized processes. As a leader, Garrick has focused heavily on identifying and progressing early top performing talent to reshape IBM's resource pool.
Throughout his career, Garrick has shown a focus on business outcomes and proven customer satisfaction evidenced by repeatedly earning honors from his clients and employers.
Garrick is a regular on the SAP speaking circuit having presented many times over the years at SAPPHIRE, SAP TechEd, ASUG, and SAPInsider events. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. He currently lives in Denver, CO with his wife and children.
