Meet Ali, a former Group CIO, transformational ICF leadership coach (PCC), certified PQ Mental Fitness Trainer, mentor, and speaker who has spent over 25 years in the IT industry. His journey from a successful C-Level executive to a revered coach and mentor is a testament to his uncompromising commitment to self-improvement and his passion for nurturing potential in others, significantly improving resilience and mental fitness within the IT community.

Before becoming the Head of CIO Strategic PMO at FIEGE, Ali made significant contributions to various organizations, including ROXCEL Holding, Roxcel Trading, Brigl & Bergmeister, and ABAX Informationstechnik. A seasoned Computer Hardware and software engineer, Ali's journey has transformed him into an inspiring people-first leader. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at the University of Cumbria, focusing on the business applications of Artificial Intelligence.

In his free time, Ali is working on his upcoming book, "The Alchemist CIO." In it, he combines the science of mental fitness and coaching with his decades of experience to help new CIOs navigate the political and human aspects of IT leadership with ease and flow, becoming transformational leaders.
