In just four weeks, the global technology community will gather at 155 Bishopsgate, London, for one of the most anticipated technology events of the year – Tech & AI LIVE London. 

Hosted by Technology Magazine, Tech & AI LIVE London will be in co-location with Cyber LIVE London for 2025. 

This two-day event will bring together some of the brightest minds and most influential leaders from across the enterprise technology and artificial intelligence ecosystem. As Founder of Capstone Digital, she advises boards, executives and Parliament on data, AI, digital transformation and governance. She delivers measurable value through fractional CDO services, executive coaching and policy engagement.

A recognised advocate for ethical innovation and diversity in technology, Tia was named one of Women in Data’s 2025 Most Influential Leaders and is a DataIQ Top 100 honouree.

During the event, Tia will take part in the Women in Technology breakfast briefing and a fireside chat titled – Future-Ready Skills for a Multigenerational Workforce. 

Charlotte Berry-Selwood, Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at AVK

Charlotte Berry-Selwood, Chief Delivery Officer at AVK, is an accomplished engineering graduate and leader in the data centre industry, with a career spanning project management, commercial strategy and advocacy for diversity. 

From managing major projects across continents to co-founding the Forum of Women in Data Centres (FWD), she has made a significant impact through her professional achievements, mentorship initiatives and public speaking engagements.

Sophia Adhami, Director Product Performance and Execution at Sage

Sophia Adhami joined Sage in April 2020 as the Chief of Staff AND Business Executive to the Chief Information Security Officer. 

Following this, Sophia transitioned to the role of Director of Cyber Security Awareness and Engagement, overseeing Sage's insider risk and security awareness and training programmes. 

Sophia then worked for Sage’s Chief Technology Officer, Aaron Harris, as Senior Director of Technology Strategy. She now works for Walid Abu-Habda, Sage’s Chief Product Officer, as Product Performance and Execution Director.

Before her tenure at Sage, Sophia spent over a decade in central government in the House of Commons and the Cabinet Office. 

During the event, Charlotte and Sophia will take part in the Women in Technology breakfast briefing alongside Tia. 

This panel will celebrate and discuss the crucial role of women in the technology industry, highlighting both the challenges and opportunities they face. Leaders and innovators will share their experiences and strategies for advancing gender diversity and inclusion in technology. 

Sachin Agrawal, Managing Director at Zoho UK

Sachin is responsible for the UK business of Zoho. 

Before Zoho, Sachin managed a few of Zoho’s product lines globally and led account management across all products and regions. 

Sachin was an entrepreneur for five years. He built an HR technology SaaS business.

He also spent 16 years in the consulting, restructuring and enterprise technology space with companies such as IBM, A&M, Tech Mahindra and Tata Group, working in India, APAC, the Middle East and the Americas.

During the event, Sachin will take part in the CIO Strategy Forum. The panel will bring together industry leaders to discuss the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of IT leadership. Topics will include balancing innovation with stability, the impact of AI on decision-making and the changing expectations of the CIO in a digital-first world.

Pawan Udernani, Data Tech AI Leader for Financial Services at Genpact

Pawan Udernani is the Data Tech AI Leader for Financial Services at Genpact. 

Pawan is a dynamic and results-driven leader in the financial services industry, with a track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions.

Pawan specialises in Data-Tech-AI (DTAI), digital transformation and large-scale deal-making, with a global perspective, shaped by working across Asia, the US and the UK and Europe. 

Pawan Udernani, Data Tech AI Leader for Financial Services at Genpact

Pawan is an entrepreneurial, innovative professional, currently leading the strategic growth of Genpact’s DTAI business in Financial Services for the UK and Europe region, fostering C-level relationships, driving adoption and scaling high-impact teams.

Passionate about AI, innovation and collaboration, Pawan is a resourceful, strategic leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They also build cross-functional global teams and cultivate a culture of excellence, fairness and continuous learning to achieve objectives.

During the event, Pawan will take part in the Future of AI panel. The panel will explore the next phase of AI development, from generative AI and agentic AI to autonomous decision-making and AI-driven workflows. The discussion will address the opportunities and risks of increasingly advanced AI systems, the balance between regulation and innovation, and the ethical considerations of AI integration.
