Having more than 25 years of experience in technology and finance, Simon Cox is Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow helping companies to digitally transform their businesses. 

By collaborating with customers, Simon helps companies leverage the ServiceNow platforms to optimise growth, innovation, and business agility. He also helps to drive digital transformation and adopt a streamlined and simplified approach. 

Before ServiceNow, Simon worked in the financial services industry at Lloyds Banking Group. In his role with the bank, Simon led the strategy, design, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform across IT, HR, Risk, Procurement, and Payment Options.
