Jerzy Badowski is an experienced senior IT executive with more than 25 years in the IT area, having a strong track record in leading large-scale projects, managing IT teams and ensuring the delivery of secure and efficient IT services.
Jerzy has held senior leadership roles for more than 15 years, leading multi-million-dollar projects and programmes and conducting international IT cooperation.
Jerzy has a passion for IT development and operational excellence, driving efforts to lead organisations to the highest levels of efficiency and data security.
What inspired you to get involved in the event?
I’ve always been passionate about technology and artificial intelligence.
Events like Tech & AI LIVE provide an excellent opportunity to exchange insights with industry leaders and deepen my understanding of the latest innovations.
What truly inspired me to get involved is how technology, especially AI, is reshaping lives, businesses and society at large.
I’m excited to contribute to such a prestigious event, where I can share my perspective, as well as learn from other experts about where the industry is heading.

My panel will focus on strategies for building and managing technology infrastructure in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.
We will discuss the key challenges organisations face when implementing modern infrastructure solutions.
The conversation will explore how to align infrastructure with growing technological demands, ensuring scalability, security and operational efficiency.
We’ll also touch the future of infrastructure development and how businesses can stay ahead of the curve by adopting the right strategies and tools to support innovation.
What do you hope to achieve through the event?
I hope that this event will allow me to not only share my experiences and insights but also to connect with other industry leaders and experts.
I’m eager to deepen my understanding of emerging trends and solutions that are shaping the future of technology.

It’s really hard to predict with certainty, as the pace of technological growth is extremely fast and new developments emerge almost every day.
I believe several emerging trends will significantly shape the future of technology and AI.
One key trend is the continued evolution of AI-driven automation, which will revolutionise industries by enhancing efficiency, improving decision-making and reducing human error.
We’ll also see advancements in AI ethics and regulation, as societies and governments work to ensure that AI is developed and deployed responsibly.
The integration of AI with quantum computing will unlock new levels of computational power, potentially solving problems that are currently beyond our reach.
Finally, AI in healthcare is poised to grow exponentially, with advancements in personalised medicine, diagnostics and treatment optimisation.
The ability to analyse vast amounts of medical data will revolutionise how we approach healthcare delivery and disease prevention.
Overall, the next decade will likely be marked by greater collaboration between humans and AI, where AI not only enhances productivity but also becomes a key partner in tackling some of the world’s most complex challenges.
