Leo Rajapakse, Senior IT Executive, has a diverse range of skills that he has gained from acquiring over 24 years' worth of experience executing operations, delivery, and strategic planning within Fortune 100 enterprises, such as multi-cloud integration, data science, and AI.

As the Business Technology Director of the Cloud Center of Excellence at Bimbo Bakeries USA, Leo can meet deadlines in energetic environments, drive shareholder value and global enterprise performance through strategic vision, and transform large complex global IT organisations. 

Usman Shuja, CEO of Bluebeam

Usman Shuja, CEO of Bluebeam

Before his current role, Shuja was a founding member of the AI unicorn, SparkCognition, and also led one of Honeywell’s largest software businesses, the Connected Building. 

In Shuja’s current role, he ensures to highlight technology and sustainability, whilst managing global growth and innovation, through his role as CEO of Bluebeam and Chief Division Officer of the Construct and Build Division for the Nemetschek Group.

As well as this, Shuja advises DARPA on the commercialisation of advanced applications of AI.

He focused on innovation policy and the ethical application of AI at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, which led to him receiving an MPA.

Shuja also has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas in Austin, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. 

Bryan Rosensteel, US Federal CTO at Ping Identity

Bryan Rosensteel, US Federal CTO at Ping Identity

With over a decade of experience in Federal Identity, Credential, and Access Management (FICAM) environments and having spent more than 20 years working within the public sector, Bryan Rosensteel is the current US Federal CTO at Ping Identity.

He currently provides advice to several groups around identity best practices, such as the ATARC, FIDO Alliance, and the NCCoE.

In addition, Bryan has worked closely with and deployed various authenticator systems that are used within the government sector, such as PIV and Derived PIV, as well as other systems such as the MRTD too.
