"I’m looking forward to spreading the word about the importance of AI governance. I’ve worked for decades in technical roles across data and analytics fields, so I’m a firm believer in the power of AI and its ability to transform our world," she said.

"But with that, I’m also passionate about its responsible adoption and ensuring it's used to drive us forward in a way that’s both productive and ethical.
