Having dedicated 30 years to the IT industry – specifically Microsoft – Clare Barclay specialises in marketing, sales, strategy, technology, operations, and business intelligence. 

While Barclay has held varying leading roles within the technology company, she is currently CEO of Microsoft UK where she is responsible for supporting the success of Microsoft’s commercial customers and partners. 

Barclay has helped young people succeed in technology careers across the industry. She also serves on the Board of the British Heart Foundation and is a Non-Executive Director of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI).
