Leading business platform for the App Economy, ironSource, have partnered with Vodafone to drive a rich and optimised content experience for customers

Through this new partnership, Vodafone will be able to leverage the ironSource Aura solution on its Andriod devices across Europe. This includes the UK, Italy, Spain and Germany.

ironSource’s Aura solution suite empowers carriers to build long-lasting relationships with their customers. It also improves the device experience by providing valuable content and services from the moment of device setup all the way throughout its lifecycle.

Aura allows carriers to have the flexibility to promote their owned and operated content and services dynamically and seamlessly.

“Offering high-quality content at points where it’s relevant, welcome and natural, is the cornerstone of creating customer loyalty today,” said Arnon Harish, President and Co-Founder of ironSource.

“We’re excited to partner with a leading telco brand like Vodafone to offer their customers an optimised onboarding and in-life device experience which is richer and better suited to each user’s needs,” he continued.

ironSource’s comprehensive set of solutions for app development success

App developers use ironSource’s platform to turn their apps into successful and scalable businesses. Developers do this by leveraging ironSource’s comprehensive set of software solutions.

These solutions help them grow and engage users, as well as monetize content, to analyse and optimise business performance to drive more overall growth.

On top of supporting app developers as they look to improve their business operations, the ironSource platform also empowers telecom operators to create a richer device experience.

The company does this by incorporating relevant app and service recommendations to engage users throughout the lifecycle of the device.

Delivering value to Vodafone’s customers through the Aura solution suite

As customers actively download content from the point they turn a new device on, carriers understand the cruciality of creating an optimised onboarding experience during this high engagement touchpoint.

Vodafone’s customers, through its partnership with ironSource, will now be able to customise their devices with content that fits their needs and interests.

Ultimately, the goal of ironSource’s Aura solution suite is to deliver relevant content and services that users will value to drive increased engagement and Net Promoter Growth (NPS).
