CEO of OnProcess Technology
Oliver Lemanski has been with OnProcess Technology for six-and-half-years. He has been CEO since April 2020, and before that was EMEA MD for five years, driving year-on-year growth while also establishing strategic relationships with Elekta, HPE, Cisco, Varian, SAP Ariba and others.
Before joining OnProcess, Lemanski held senior management positions at TNT Express, including leading their global Service Logistics business from its HQ in the Netherlands. Before this he served as regional service manager for TNT in Asia.
This followed a spell as a respected industry figure in aftermarket and service operations - with, first, MGH Consulting and then Accenture Services. There, he worked with leading brands to define and execute their aftermarket strategies.
Of his role as CEO of OnProcess, Lemanski says: “I like to think I help our people have a clear idea of the role they have to play on our journey up our mountain.
“I think it is important that you encourage people to be the best version of themselves that they can be. If you do this you don't need to micromanage.
“It’s all about clearing a path in front of people and encouraging them to do the things that they are good at.
“I would say that as a company, this is the main change we have driven from a cultural standpoint.”
In February 2021, Lemanski led the company to a prestigious Innovation Solution Partner Award from the Reverse Logistics Association (RLA) for “the improvements in efficiency and return on investment it delivers to its customers”, said the RLA.
Of the award, Lemanski said: “Providing advanced innovation into our customers’ service supply chains, and helping them deliver initiatives, such as customer satisfaction, sustainability and the circular economy, gives us energy as a company. I am super proud of the team.”
