Accenture’s unified approach to strategy and technology has earned it Leader status in Gartner’s consulting Magic Quadrant

Accenture has been named a Leader in Gartner’s inaugural Magic Quadrant for Digital Technology and Business Consulting Services.

The company has been acknowledged for its end-to-end ability to deliver enterprise reinvention at scale.

The January 2026 report is the first time Gartner has evaluated providers specifically on their integrated digital and business consulting capabilities. Accenture argues this area now lies at the heart of its growth strategy.

Accenture’s Reinvention Services model stands out as a key differentiator that unites strategy, consulting, technology, operations, Song and Industry X into a single, coordinated offering.

The company says the recognition underscores its long-term investment in helping clients transform through digital technologies, data intelligence and AI.

With enterprises facing what the firm calls “an era of total reinvention,” its portfolio aims to help clients reimagine both business and operating models through AI-native platforms such as GrowthOS and Spend Analyzer.

“Today, our clients need even more from us,” says Manish Sharma, Chief Strategy and Services Officer at Accenture. “In every boardroom and every industry, they are not just facing a single challenge, they are facing everything at once – unprecedented pace of technological change, economic volatility, geopolitical complexity and radical shifts in customer behaviour.

What it means for industry

For global enterprises, Gartner’s new Magic Quadrant introduces a framework to evaluate integrated consulting capabilities – acknowledging that digital and business strategy are now inseparable.

From Gartner’s perspective, leading firms must demonstrate both execution excellence and visionary approaches to transformation.

While the analyst does not endorse any particular vendor, its assessments often shape how enterprise clients assess consulting partners.

For Accenture, being named as a leader not only showcases its strong current performance but also positions its strategic trajectory aligned with where enterprise consulting is headed: toward hyper-integrated, AI-driven reinvention.
