People Moves: Kriti Sharma, CEO of IFS Nexus Black

Kriti Sharma is joining IFS as CEO of Nexus Black, its AI innovation accelerator, in a significant step in the company’s commitment to advancing Industrial and Agentic AI. 

Kriti is a globally-recognised leader in Ai and brings a wealth of experience in building enterprise AI products and driving responsible AI initiatives at scale. 

She joins IFS from Thomson Reuters, where she served as Chief Product Officer for legaltech, overseeing major AI transformations. 

As CEO of Nexus Black, Kriti will spearhead the design and delivery of domain-specific, agentic AI tailored for asset- and service-intensive industries such as manufacturing, energy, aerospace and construction.

She is set to work closely with customers to deliver practical, scalable AI applications that address complex, high-value, industry-specific challenges — from predicting critical asset failures to optimising global supply chains. 

In her new role, Kriti aims to move beyond generic Gen AI tools, focusing instead on contextual, agentic AI that delivers real-world intelligence and transformative business outcomes.

Kriti’s appointment is complemented by the addition of Nick Vandivere as Chief Innovation Officer of Nexus Black, further strengthening IFS’ leadership in Industrial AI. 

Together, they will accelerate the delivery of frontier AI solutions across the IFS Cloud platform.

Joining Sharma is Nick Vandivere, appointed Chief Innovation Officer, Nexus Black. Vandivere also joins from Thomson Reuters and will lead the expansion of IFS’s Industrial AI pipeline. He will focus on frontier use cases and strategic technology investments, working closely with Sharma to accelerate agentic AI delivery across the IFS Cloud platform.
