SentinelOne & AWS: Expanding AI Security from Cloud to Edge
In the era of rapid AI innovation, cyber threats are multiplying and constantly adapting.
SentinelOne has joined forces with AWS and Panasonic Connect to empower its customers to counter these risks and strengthen their defenses with an AI shield.
The announcement came during the company’s OneCon 2025 event in Las Vegas, where the AI-native cybersecurity leader unveiled this new slate of collaborations.
Together, these partnerships reinforce SentinelOne’s goal of building an AI-driven security foundation for the future of enterprise technology and connected devices.
SentinelOne AI security features for AWS Cloud
SentinelOne’s expanded collaboration with AWS delivers broader security coverage for its customers, with AI-native protection embedded across every layer of the AWS environment.
The company’s Singularity Hyperautomation platform will integrate with AWS Incident Response, enabling no-code automated workflows to manage security incidents across AWS environments.
This capability allows impacted resources to be isolated through triggered containment, preventing threats from spreading to other areas.
The integration accelerates security investigations by reducing human error and lowering the mean time to remediate (MTTR).
With SentinelOne’s Purple AI, AWS security teams can now use natural language prompts to investigate incidents, simplifying operations and improving response speed.
The collaboration also introduces prompt security, empowering employees to use generative AI safely by removing the risk of shadow AI, prompt injection and data leakage.
“SentinelOne's decision to expand their security solutions on AWS demonstrates our shared vision for helping customers confidently adopt AI technologies with robust protection,” explains Hart Rossman, Vice President of Global Services Security at AWS.
“Through these new integrations and AWS Marketplace offerings, customers benefit from comprehensive visibility across their environments, automated response capabilities and advanced AI security tools that safeguard their most valuable workloads and data as they innovate at scale.”
SentinelOne AI security to toughen Panasonic’s Toughbooks
Panasonic Connect launched its rugged Toughbook laptop series in 1996 to perform reliably in demanding environments such as industrial sites and oil refineries.
Through its partnership with SentinelOne, this durable device now gains advanced layers of digital protection, enhancing its resilience against evolving cyber threats.
The collaboration extends robust security to critical front-line workers, ensuring those operating in remote or challenging conditions remain safe and connected.
“Every day, frontline professionals put themselves in challenging environments to keep our communities safe and our infrastructure running,” says Melissa K Smith, SVP of Global Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives at SentinelOne.
“With Panasonic Connect, we’re empowering organisations operating at the edge to defend with AI and to do so with confidence.
“By uniting the strength of AI security with the durability of Toughbook devices, we’re helping organisations protect what matters most: people, data, and mission-critical operations.”
Toughbook devices will now leverage SentinelOne’s Singularity platform, gaining AI-powered Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) capabilities, along with access to a managed version of Singularity delivered through its Wayfinder service.
“Cyber threats are evolving faster than ever, and the critical work our frontline customers do can’t afford disruption,” says Dominick Passanante, Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Mobility Business at Panasonic Connect North America.
“Our partnership with SentinelOne demonstrates the power of purposeful AI, defending people, data and operations in situations where reliability isn’t optional.”
In a digital landscape where threat actors weaponise AI to infiltrate systems, using AI to reinforce defences is proving essential, as demonstrated by the SentinelOne story.
The company’s latest collaborations highlight how defensive AI can scale seamlessly from global cloud platforms to rugged edge devices, creating a unified security front as threats grow more sophisticated.
At the core of this evolution, SentinelOne positions AI not just as a shield, but as a strategic advantage in an era where speed and resilience define success.
