Deepna Devkar, Senior Vice President of Machine Learning and AI for Global Streaming at Warner Bros. Discovery
Deepna leads the Content Discovery and Experimentation Engineering organisation that powers most of the user journey and viewing experience once the user has logged in, all the way to what gets them to come back for more.
From an engineering standpoint, this includes the content APIs that ingest, process and serve content to the clients, the page structure and the tools that merchandising uses to design each of the interfaces.
Deepna is also involved in the experimental process to continue improving user experience and using data science and machine learning to analyse and predict content ROI for every piece of content to help inform its wider strategy.
As well as this, Deepna’s team is investing in the use of Gen AI for personalisation, closed captioning, translation, dubbing and video understanding for search and summarisation.

Tony Ambrozie is the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Technology Officer of CVS Health Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW), where he serves as a strategic partner to the President of PCW.
With more than 30 years of experience leading data and analytics, digital, cyber-security and technology teams, Tony has a proven track record across multiple industries, including health care, hospitality, retail and financial services.
Before CVS Health, Tony was the Chief Digital and Information Officer of Baptist Health South Florida, where he led the comprehensive digital transformation of the health system.
During his time as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Tony was also instrumental in the design and implementation of the Magic Band experiences, acted as the CIO for Disneyland Paris and transformed the technology and digital capabilities of the Consumer Products Retail division.
At American Express, Tony architected the next-generation member digital platform and was responsible for the cybersecurity of all American Express digital properties.

Domhnaill Hernon, Global Lead EY Metaverse Lab at EY
Domhnaill Hernon is an award-winning technology and innovation executive.
Domhnaill received an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Aerodynamics from the University of Limerick and an executive MBA from Dublin City University, Ireland.
He currently holds two positions as Global Lead of the EY Metaverse Lab and the Cognitive Human Enterprise.
These are pioneering new approaches placing Humans at the centre between business, technology and society.
