Atlantic Health and the Journey to AI-Native Care

Atlantic Health is a leading not-for-profit healthcare provider serving more than half of New Jersey, with its 25,000-strong workforce providing quality care for 7.5 million people across 14 counties.

As EVP, Chief Information and Digital Officer and Chief Cyber Security Officer at Atlantic Health, Sunil Dadlani oversees all technology and digital transformation strategies across the system, which includes eight hospitals. Some, including Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center, are recognised among the world’s best hospitals for their clinical excellence.

Atlantic Health is on a journey centred on digital innovation, something Sunil describes as working toward becoming AI-native – where intelligence is deeply embedded into the fabric of the organisation rather than being an add-on.
