How Cprime INRY Partnership Cuts Clark County Election Costs

Government IT departments face a familiar challenge: deliver better services without increasing budgets. For Clark County in Nevada, the answer lies in treating ServiceNow as the operating system for everything they do.

Matt Robinett, who leads growth and experience at Cprime | INRY, has spent 15 years watching public sector organisations grapple with this problem. Cprime, a consulting firm focused on helping organisations change their operating models, was acquired by Goldman Sachs and Everstone Capital two and a half years ago, then acquired ServiceNow specialist INRY in 2024.

“As we progressed into the AI era, what we identified is that whilst generative AI (Gen AI) was really interesting, the real opportunity was going to come at the intersection of AI and workflow,” says Matt.
