By Bizclik Editor

In September 2019, Kinross Gold announced that it was proceeding with the Tasiast 24k project to incrementally increase throughput capacity at its Tasiast mine to 24,000 tonnes per day. The project is expected to increase production, reduce costs, and generate significant cash flow and attractive returns at a low capital cost. This 3D animation illustrates the scope of work for the Tasiast 24k project. Note: this video contains forward-looking information; please refer to the cautionary statement in the Tasiast 24k news release dated September 15, 2019 on the Kinross Gold website (www.kinross.com).
