The spell-check and document polishing features of WPS AI in particular, offer rapid response times that enhance the speed of document editing, which reduces waiting times for users and improves overall efficiency.

Additionally, the AI-powered grammar correction helps users produce more professional content, particularly the one-click slide generation feature that can expand a single sentence into an outline or convert an entire document into a summary, automatically matching suitable slide templates based on the content theme.

These advancements in AI-driven office software are part of a broader trend in the industry.
