Deloitte: Delivering Cloud ERP for Higher Education

A first-generation college graduate, Betty Fleurimond is proud to be one of two Co-Founders of Deloitte Consulting’s higher education practice. 

After five years with Intel Corporation, today, she draws upon her skills and experiences as an engineer designing motherboards and microprocessors to now drive digital transformation in the higher education space exclusively. 

“It’s an incredible honour serving my higher education clients,” she says.

Today, Fleurimond is responsible for managing an integrated discipline across cloud ERP systems that enable transformation with Deloitte’s higher education clients. 

“Our teams sit at the intersection of essential modern administrative systems in higher education, including HR, payroll, finance, budget and planning and student information systems,” she says. 

“These critical functions require thoughtful and intentional organisational change leadership for true adoption and sustainment.

“Higher education is not a monolith,” she adds. “While there are over 4,000 institutions of higher education in the US, there is no one-size-fits-all model. So the services we offer are unique to each institution we serve, honoring their unique culture.”
