A specialist in strategy, finance, operations and M&A, Robyn Denholm has served on the Board of Tesla since 2014 as Director, taking on the role of Chair in 2018. Denholm is also on the company’s Audit and Compensation Committee.

An integral leader in the technology industry, Denholm has held executive roles and served on many boards in a technological advisory capacity for the likes of Toyota Motor Company, Sun Microsystems, Juniper Networks, ABB, Telstra, Blackbird and the Tech Council of Australia.

The only female role model I had growing up that had any success was Margaret Thatcher. Not that I agree with the politics or anything like that, but I think for young women it’s really important to see women in roles [where] they could do that sort of stuff. It broadens their horizons.
