Roger Graell Sole, Chief Digital Officer, Bata Group

A seasoned leader in digital technology, Roger Graell Sole is currently the Chief Digital Officer at Bata Group – a leading manufacturer and retailer of quality footwear. In his current role, Roger is responsible for driving the company’s digital strategy. 

Before joining Bata Group in 2022, Roger worked for other leading retail and ecommerce organisations including 12 years at Mango, two years at lastminute.com, five years at REDCATS, and three years at Pimkie.

Specialising in ecommerce, online marketing, web analytics, retail, customer relations, digital strategy, budgeting, conversion optimisation, campaign management and lead generation, Roger is also a graduate of Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
