Sameer Kishore is the President & Chief Executive Officer at Milestone Technologies, a leading global IT managed services provider, that uses technology intelligently to make the IT landscape across the organisation smarter, streamlined and more successful.

With more than 25 years of experience of driving exponential growth in the IT Services sector and leading business transformation, he is well-versed in building globally integrated teams. As a customer-focused and performance-driven leader, Kishore believes in personally establishing and nurturing key business relationships to build global cross-functional teams that can exceed corporate and business objectives.

In his previous role at IBM, Kishore led teams across cloud, security, data center and other infrastructure services and drove strong transformation of business results. Such success realised increased employee engagement, much improved revenues and profitability and higher customer NPS —factors that greatly appealed to Milestone.

Prior to IBM, Kishore spent six years at Dell Services / NTT Data Services where he was President for their global financial services business. At Dell/NTT, Kishore had P&L responsibility across cloud, infrastructure, digital, applications and business process services.

The bulk of his career was spent at Wipro with his last role there as President and Member of the Board at Infocrossing, an infrastructure services company that Wipro acquired in 2007. Kishore is credited with Infocrossing’s metamorphosis from a fledgling provider of SME-centric data center services to a profitable, Global 1000-focused, outsourcing business.

Throughout his career, Kishore has focused on driving employee engagement and experience and believes that highly engaged teams are critical to achieving increased employee and customer delight.

Kishore’s leadership style is molded in his humble and empathetic image. He sees his role as an enabler, helping his colleagues achieve what they need to and understanding their point of view.

“I've always tried to surround myself with smart people and empower them to make decisions, to efficiently execute strategy and drive results,” he said.
