Diversity is a pressing issue for the fintech industry.

In fact, the ‘Fintech Census’ carried out by EY and Innovate Finance found seven out of 10 people employed in fintech in the UK were male, despite 47% of the overall UK workforce being female.

Elsewhere, research from Deloitte highlights that only 17% of senior roles in the industry are held by women.

European Women Payment Network (EWPN) is just one organisation trying to reverse this trend with it's must-see event.

Speakers at this years' event include Martha Mghendi-Fisher, Founder of EWPN, Rose Beaumont, SVP, Global Marketing & Communications, at Mastercard, and Tracey Davies, President of Money20/20.
