Neocase Software releases significantly improved version of HR platform
Neocase Software has announced the release of Version 15 of its HR Shared Services Center solution, driving increased efficiency through further digital transformation
The firm is the leading cloud supplier of integrated HR and finance service delivery solutions, with a focus on revolutionizing long-established processes through digitization at massive benefit to its clients.
Neocase HR offers HR organizations an integrated, flexible, and scalable platform to optimize business processes, reduce operational costs, boost employee satisfaction, and improve turnaround times.
“A study by the USC Center for Effective Organizations concluded HR organizations spend only 27% of their time doing strategic work. That's because 73% of the time is spent on manual administrative work. A successful HR transformation requires reducing time on manual work to gain time for strategic work,” Neocase said in its press release, citing Version 15’s ability to address this issue.
The firm notes that it has been particularly focused on automation of administrative processes since its inception in 2008, adding that, “Version 15 takes these capabilities to an unprecedented level through Robotic Process Automation (RPA).”
Version 15 includes a wealth of new features to further the HR industry’s digital transformation, starting with an overhauled interface for greater ease of use and efficiency.

An instant messaging (IM) feature for employees has also been added which integrates seamlessly with existing IM platforms, including Skype.
Its Employee Document Management suite now features Adobe eSign capabilities, enabling companies using Adobe to involve digital signatures in their automated processes, as well as enhancing DocuSign to give service operatives greater visibility of e-signature statuses.
Finally, Neocase REST API now allows 3rd party chatbots to communicate with the Case Management module on a more functional level, allowing HR representatives to focus their limited time on higher priority tasks.
